Learn how the task force communicates, moves, and works together. Then develop the skills your teammates will rely on when you deploy.
Required for everyone
Fundamentals Course.
Build a shared understanding of Arma Reforger, ground skills, communications, teamwork, and task force procedures. Marines, SARCs, aviation personnel, and CIA applicants all start here.
Prior experience does not waive required training. Experienced pilot and leadership applicants complete Fundamentals Course and the preparation required for their assignment.

Marine Raider candidates
Proceed directly to A&S when the training calendar permits. If you join during deployment or await the next cycle, serve with MRSB, where you can qualify in specialties and deploy.

Fundamentals Course
The shared course for every member.

A&S
1–2 training days. Entry follows the training calendar.

ITC
4 training days.

Team Assignment
Join an MSOT, then earn additional qualifications.
After ITC, graduates join an MSOT. Teams train for both direct action and reconnaissance; additional individual qualifications are earned after assignment.

SARC
BRC → SOCM → Team integration
Complete BRC and SOCM, then integrate during ITC or through training with your assigned MSOT when no ITC cycle is available.

Aviation role training
Aircrew is the normal entry point. Pilot progression or direct entry depends on qualifications and unit needs. All required training applies.

After Fundamentals Course, prepare for intelligence, liaison, or field responsibilities appropriate to your assignment.

Be present. Be prepared. Be teachable.
Maintain at least 75% attendance across scheduled training and operations, measured on a rolling basis. Communicate absences, arrive on time, and stay focused. Instruction establishes the standard; consistent performance demonstrates readiness for your role.
