A&S measures whether a candidate can apply what was taught under pressure. Judgment, communication, discipline, and teamwork all matter.
Individual Training Course
ITC prepares selected candidates for the advanced responsibilities of service in a Marine Special Operations Team.

Graduates state their preferences and move into available positions based on performance, suitability, command needs, and team availability.

The training is demanding. Prior experience helps a candidate understand the work. Teachability and respect determine whether that experience can serve the team.
