Your role in the operation.
Aviation personnel work together to support task force operations. Applicants normally begin in aircrew roles, learning the unit's procedures and contributing to the crew.
Aircrew is a continuing career option. Pilot progression depends on available positions, demonstrated performance, and completion of required training. Experienced applicants may be assessed for direct pilot entry when operational needs permit.
